2026 Men’s Tewaaraton Nominees Presented By Stifel

April, 18, 2026 - WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Tewaaraton Foundation has announced the 2026 Men’s Nominees for the Tewaaraton Award presented by Stifel. The Tewaaraton Award is recognized as the preeminent lacrosse award, annually honoring the top male and female college lacrosse player in the United States. The selection committees are composed of premier college coaches and are appointed annually by the Tewaaraton Foundation.

 

Five men’s finalists will be selected from this group, to be announced May 7 at the conclusion of the regular season. They will be honored May 28 at the 2026 Tewaaraton Award Ceremony presented by Stifel at the Andrew W Mellon Auditorium, in Washington D.C.

The men’s Tewaaraton Award Nominees include players from 16 different schools, led by three each for Princeton and North Carolina, and two each from Army, Cornell, Duke, Richmond, and Notre Dame. Ten players return from last year’s list of Nominees.

The 2026 Tewaaraton Watch List was announced Feb. 10, with the first round of additions being announced March 5 and a second round of additions March 26.The 25 Women’s Nominees for the 2026 Tewaaraton Award Presented by Stifel were announced April 16 live on ESPNU.
