FORMER NCAA CHAMPION AND WEALTH MANAGEMENT LEADER ABBY HOLMES JOINS TEWAARATON FOUNDATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Tewaaraton Foundation is pleased to announce that Abby Holmes, Managing Director and Wealth Advisor at Cresset and a national champion with Maryland, has joined its Board of Directors.


Holmes brings to the board extensive experience in wealth management, family office advisory services, and community leadership, along with a deep personal connection to the sport of lacrosse. She eaxrned her MBA in finance and strategic management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland.


Holmes was a starting defender for the Terrapins, helping to lead 22-1 Maryland to the 2010 ACC and NCAA championships as a senior.


She also currently serves on the board of the Baltimore Estate Planning Council and the James L. Kernan Hospital Endowment Fund, and on the executive committee of the McDonogh School Alumni Board.
